CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP SCHOOL
Tuition Payment Policy
INTRODUCTION
We believe our tuition payments are an investment in your child’s education and religious formation. Therefore, the Board of Elders accepts responsibility for policies concerning the amount of tuition, the manner of payment, and, in general, the development of policy in this area of concern. Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the Board to insure that adequate financial resources are available for the school and that enrollment is as available and affordable as possible to families.
TUITION PAYMENT
All families shall be expected to make tuition payments according to one of the following payment plans. [Each family’s preferred manner of payment must be submitted each year at the time of student registration.] Options for payment shall include:
A. Full Payment. Under this plan, the entire amount of tuition is paid at the time of registration. A tuition reduction will be applied to the tuition cost of each student whose account is paid in full prior to July 1 st. Tuition reductions shall be determined annually by the Board of Elders. This payment is made directly to the school office.
B. Monthly Payments. Under this plan, the entire amount of tuition is paid monthly over a ten (10) month period beginning in July through the FACTS Tuition Management Plan. This plan is an automatic payment plan made through your checking or statement savings account. Those choosing this plan will complete a FACTS agreement from authorizing the automatic monthly payments on either the 5th or 20th of each month.
C. Credit, Debit or Check Card Payment through FACTS with a 2½ % convenience fee.
D. Monthly Billing/Invoice from FACTS payable by check or money order. Semi-annual or other intervals are also possible.
LATE REGISTRATIONS

B. Tuition for students registering on or after the first day of school shall be prorated over the number of attendance days remaining in the school year.
LATE PAYMENTS
Monthly Payments.
School families who choose the ten [10] month payment plan and miss a monthly payment due to insufficient funds will be assessed a Returned Payment Fee by FACTS and may incur a fee from their own financial institution. The missed payment will be reattempted by FACTS in accordance with the Terms and Conditions stated in the FACTS Payment Agreement.

In addition, school families who have missed two monthly payments and have not made suitable arrangements within five [5] calendar days of the second missed payment will be informed that their child(ren) may not attend school until the account is current. Accounts on semi-annual or other payment intervals and whose account is behind by one month and five (5) calendar days will be informed that the child may not attend.

Tuition Refunds: Families withdrawing students prior to the first day of school will not receive a refund of the first month’s tuition. Any amount that has been paid beyond the first month shall be refunded. After the first day of school, tuition refunds shall be determined by the Board of Elders. There will be no partial month refunds.
