It is a graduation requirement that students at Christian Fellowship School have two high school foreign language credits. Starting with the 2011-2012 school year CFS has adopted the A Beka Book School-wide curriculum.To help facilitate this change Spanish I and Spanish II will be taught as video instruction courses. The lecture portion of these classes will be done by instructors from Pensacola Christian School via DVD. The rest of the instruction in these classes will be carried out by a member of the CFS teaching staff who has a background in the Spanish language.
Another option for fulfilling the foreign language credit requirement at CFS is to take one year of Spanish I and one year of computer programming.This option should only be considered if the student is planning to pursue a computer related technical career. As is the case with independent studies courses, many colleges will not accept computer programming as a foreign language credit.
